For you, this means you enjoy cuisine with fresh ingredients personally selected by our chef at the market. Asparagus and wild garlic in spring, for example, and light dishes with fish and salad in summer. In autumn and winter, which call for somewhat heartier fare, our famous game specialities lead the menu.
